Clean-Eating Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced frozen mango or other frozen fruit (leave bag at room temp for about 20 minutes before blending)

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk (half a can)

Instructions:

  • Blend the mango and the coconut milk in a blender until smooth.

  • Spoon the mixture into the popsicle molds.

  • Freeze until solid.

Delightful summer treat!
